I built a trustworthy brand, taking us from 0 to 100K+ followers and 50M+ likes across platforms. I learned to listen and care for my audiences. People can smell a product plug from a swipe away!
Ran growth experiments across ads, email, and product flows, iterating quickly using Figma and PostHog, scaling to over 250K+ users.
Interviewed college students daily to understand the trust required for them to share deeply personal application materials. I interview users to shatter my own conclusions, not to confirm what I think I know.

Stanford has had enough fireside chats. At Bully Pulpit, you can show up in jeans and debate a billionaire over barbecue.
Our first event "Should Billionaires Exist?" featured former billionaire Brian O'Kelley, former Trump Economic Advisor Josh Rauh, Altimeter Capital CEO Brad Gerstner, and Center on Poverty and Inequality Founder David Grusky.
Recipient of the ePluribus grant for free speech and critical inquiry.

2025-PRESENT
I'm vibecoding an extension that graffitis ads in real-time, exposing the persuasive tactic each one uses. It's based on a psychological intervention in which children graffitiing junk food ads led to healthier eating habits.
Below are some examples and the exact continuum of humor vs. objectivity we're experimenting with.

The Caltrain Connection Booth
·
2024
Tasked to design for Caltrain in 6 weeks, we focused on the needs of elderly riders, for whom the Caltrain can feel isolating and socially demotivating. Backed by psychological literature about social belonging interventions, we tested countless prototypes, landing on the hyper-simple Connection Booth. The documentary is the evidence!

I vibecoded CorpKiller3000 in the Sequoia Design Fellowship. Very simply, the tool swaps fees with the real checkout price, fees and all.
This is especially important today. Currently, online stores implement hidden fees only 11% of the time. Meanwhile, AI-generated storefronts implement them 100% of the time. Soon, honest sellers will be pushed out.
The prototype works on DoorDash and I'm making it work everywhere.

I'm in the early stages of designing CorpKiller4000, which exposes all the dark patterns on a website (buying pressure, fake sales, pre-checked boxes, and more). It names the manipulation, countries with bans on it, and an estimate of the annual cost to users. My favorite: it reports illegal violations to the FTC, who currently lack enough quality reports to clamp down.
My next iteration is all about cutting down the overstimulation without losing the science.
